With Sophie's due date less than 3 weeks away, she (and Jeff) were real troopers, walking all around downtown in 105 degree heat to get these photos. If Jeff and Sophie were uncomfortable, they didn't complain--and isn't Sophie just beautiful? They will be welcoming a little girl very, very soon...

 

Meet Samuel

Meet baby Samuel.  His parents have a really beautiful love story beginning in Haiti and continuing in Missouri.  It is amazing how babies show personality in facial expressions so early-- Samuel is less than 24 hours old in these photos (hence the hospital bands still on his ankles).  

Meet Asher

Mike and Mandy are a great couple who recently have had a very special new addition to their family-- baby Asher.  Thankfully, Asher has been quickly accepted by the family dog, Rex, who is very protective of Asher and keeps a close eye on anyone who gets too close-- any time I would re-position Asher, Rex would get concerned-- so cool.  Asher did a great job of tolerating being moved around and positioned, despite the fact that he was very awake during the majority of our pictures.  Pretty chill little dude.  I love his curly hair!  And I think you can pretty much say that Asher has been an Ohio State Buckeyes fan from birth :)

Officially a Garrity

Hard to believe how time flies, but little Marcus is now 6 months old!  He just last week developed the skill of being able to sit up by himself, which worked out really great for taking photos!  And this past Monday marked his adoption being official and finalized!  Adoption is so beautiful.

Meet Brooklyn

Little Brooklyn is already 3 weeks old, and according to her parents the time has flown by!  She's gained a pound so far, and it was a little bittersweet for her mommy that Brooklyn is already growing up a tiny bit.  Who doesn't love newborns though!  They are just so sweet and so small!  Hard to believe that we all started out that size!

Brooklyn's parents love outdoor activities and had the idea of using this mini canoe as a prop in some of the photos-- what a great idea!!   I just loved it!!
